XGN.nl has some new screen shots to the upcoming release of Dead Rising. The game is pretty sweet. It feels like a Tony Hawk game with zombies.. only you don't have a skate board. The goal, have fun killing hordes of zombies using anything you can.
The Dead Rising Wii port will not be known as Dead Rising Wii, but as Dead Rising: Zombie Sacrifice. Also, "Otis' real-time missions are gone. Instead, you'll get 3-4 sub-missions to tackle before taking on one of the major "plotline" quests, a much more linear - and less frustrating - system than that found on the 360 version. The camera's also been changed, from behind-and-above-Frank to the view/style employed in Resident Evil 4. Because of this, they've removed the photo mode, as apparently it just wasn't working. Finally, they've added new enemies, new weapons, and new waggle controls."
"We can tell right from the get-go that High Voltage has nailed it..." -IGN
"purportedly aiming for a robust online experience complete with WiiSpeak support for voice-over support -- another first-person shooter first on Wii." -IGN
So lets see now, this game has the best graphics of any FPS on Wii, has 16 player online with "many different gameplay modes" not yet reveiled, and utilizes WiiSpeak! This game is going to be a must buy for anyone and everyone that owns a Wii.
UPDATE: It is reported that the game can be located in some "clearance bins" for an additional 20% off.
Here is the review here at MiiWiiChat (9/10) - "this game is sure to be a classic. The puzzles challenge even the smartest and the motion controls work flawlessly."
NintendoFanAlliance.com has E3 video of the upcoming Call of Duty 5 for the Wii. The game looks very promising especially with the lack of current mature Wii titles.
I just hope that, if compared to Medal of Honor: Heroes 2, there is an included jump button and a similar online structure that bypasses the horrible Wii-Friend codes currently required to play with friends over WiFi.
Due out later this year in conjunction with a new Animal Crossing game, this device allows input from your voice from within the room. Many at this point are assuming there will be a live voice "chat" with room-2-room communications.
I hope this would be the case but knowing Nintendo, they'll only use it for ingame communication or for some sort of vocial control.

Note: The game will be released on Aug 12, 2008.
