Nintendo President Satoru Iwata has confirmed that Project Cafe (Wii's successor) is in the works and will be ready for release sometime next year.

The machines specifics have yet to be revealed, but they did promise to have a playable build at this years E3 June 7-9  Until then we will just have to fantasize about the many rumors going around about the machine.

It is rumored to be 2-3 times more powerful than the current Xbox or PS3, have a classic style controller with a 6" touchscreen in the middle of it, support Wii remotes and games, and of course run 1080p games natively.  We all shall see in a month and a half! June couldn't come too soon.
